Enjoyed this. Was a nice change of pace after the last one too. I think it was the best out of trilogy.

🤯 another one that hits hard! Long but well worth it. Did feel a bit draining. On Wikipedia someone was quoted saying Jude was – “one of the most accursed characters to ever darken a page” and I have to agree!!
This one hit hard! So sad but full of life too. Loved the characters. Didn’t want it to end and felt drained when it did.
Yeah, this guy can write! I wasn’t as absorbed in the characters as I was with Shuggie Bain, but that was exceptional. What a rollercoaster and heartbreaking this kind of thing happens.
Pretty interesting. A bit, Go America! but understandable. Amazing what can be achieved with (unlimited) budget and human ingenuity. Imagine if we applied it to something that wasn’t about war.
This was good. Amazing characters, but so frustrating following them as they make terrible choices. And so so terrible what the pharma industry have done. Felt like an American version of Shuggie Bain.
Saw a lot of recommendations for this series on Twitter. Was OK. Will probably try another in the series when I need an easy fantasy read.
A departure from my usual but really enjoyed it.
This was a weird one for me – felt like 2 (or maybe more) different books and some of them weren’t that enjoyable. Then the action part just seemed to come about all of a sudden. I did stick with it and kind of enjoyed it at the end but it was weird.
It was ok. Bit to literary (if that’s a way to say it!). Saw one review that summed up the best part – Snow Falling on Cedars helps me remember what it meant to be young, and in love.
